About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute outbound outreach to independent insurance agencies as part of assigned campaigns and initiatives
Conduct professional, consultative B2B conversations to communicate product value and next steps
Support multiple concurrent sales support initiatives, including call campaigns, pilot programs, prospecting campaigns, and re ‑ engagement efforts for inactive or under ‑ penetrated agencies
Serve as the primary outbound point of contact for agencies during assigned outreach initiatives
Maintain highly detailed and accurate records of outreach activity, agency responses, and outcomes in designated systems
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working in a B2B, agency, sales support, or outbound contact environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with external partners
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume outreach or execution work with urgency
Strong organizational skills, including detailed tracking and documentation
Experience working with independent insurance agencies and knowledge of Property & Casualty products preferred
High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
