Key responsibilities & impact

Lead hands-on process mapping, analysis, and redesign using tools such as Mural and Microsoft Visio
Analyze current-state workflows to identify inefficiencies, data gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Design and document future-state processes aligned to business goals and data capabilities
Apply Lean and/or Six Sigma principles to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Support digital transformation and automation initiatives through process and data-driven analysis
Partner closely with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business and process requirements
Manipulate and analyze data (especially in Excel) to uncover insights and validate process improvements
Define, monitor, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in business analysis or business process analysis within a data-driven environment
Proven, hands-on experience with process mapping, process design, and process improvement
Strong understanding of how data supports business decisions and operational efficiency
Experience working with or supporting Insurance, InsurTech, or digital insurance platforms
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Experience using process mapping tools such as Mural and/or Microsoft Visio
Strong proficiency manipulating and analyzing data in Excel
Lean or Six Sigma certification (or strong working knowledge) is a plus
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus
