About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Investigating and resolving attorney-represented bodily injury claims within our UM Extended Handler Bodily Injury Casualty Unit.
Confirming the facts of loss for complex automobile accidents.
Determining coverage, liability, and damages, and negotiating settlements within assigned authority limits.
Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
Helping to drive consistent, high-quality claim handling and development across the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A solid foundation in UM and coverage investigations is highly desirable.
Experience handling claims in AL, AR, MS, MO, TX, TN, and LA is a strong plus.
Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excel at managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail, and adaptability.
