- Oversee the preparation and prosecution of patent applications

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics are particularly relevant
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
- USPTO registered patent attorney
- 5+ years of patent drafting and prosecution experience in a law firm or technology company
- Experience counseling business partners on open source software and data matters
