Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics are particularly relevant
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
USPTO registered patent attorney
5+ years of patent drafting and prosecution experience in a law firm or technology company
Experience counseling business partners on open source software and data matters
