About the role
- Provide basic to moderately complex analytical support to various areas of the organization.
- Responsible for supporting business processes within the team and maintenance of Allstate tools and rates.
- Understands and contributes to the overall plan for projects/processes.
- Provides guidance for projects due to the state regulatory environment.
- Creates, updates and maintains various aspects incorporated in Allstate rating plans and tools.
- Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements for basic to moderate complexity processes.
- Responds independently to basic to moderately complex ad-hoc data requests.
- Independently performs testing and documentation, verifies quality through applications and review processes.
- Investigates and proposes process improvements that yield efficiency gains.
Requirements
- 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Basic technology skills
- Intermediate decision making skills
- Intermediate time and project management skills
- Intermediate problem solving skills
- Intermediate detail oriented and organizational skills
- Intermediate communication skills (written/verbal) with both internal and external business partners
