About the role

Provide basic to moderately complex analytical support to various areas of the organization.
Responsible for supporting business processes within the team and maintenance of Allstate tools and rates.
Understands and contributes to the overall plan for projects/processes.
Provides guidance for projects due to the state regulatory environment.
Creates, updates and maintains various aspects incorporated in Allstate rating plans and tools.
Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements for basic to moderate complexity processes.
Responds independently to basic to moderately complex ad-hoc data requests.
Independently performs testing and documentation, verifies quality through applications and review processes.
Investigates and proposes process improvements that yield efficiency gains.

0-2 years experience (Preferred)
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Basic technology skills
Intermediate decision making skills
Intermediate time and project management skills
Intermediate problem solving skills
Intermediate detail oriented and organizational skills
