About the role

  • Leads development of end-to-end data-driven solutions, from data collection and model development to deployment and maintenance of business-facing inference services.
  • Designs and implements cloud-based solutions, optimizes data models for cloud performance, maintains scalable predictive systems.
  • Collaborates across teams to establish best practices and reusable components, ensures consistent and high-quality execution of analytic products that serve the business.
  • As a technical leader, you will drive the development and deployment of machine learning solutions, with a focus on observability, security, and efficient cloud utilization.
  • Develops and executes communication strategy, keeping stakeholders informed and influencing business partners and senior leaders on the effectiveness of machine learning/predictive modeling to solve business problems.
  • Collaborates with outside business units and works on data and complex business problems to improve the effectiveness of business decisions and business results through designing, building, and partnering to implement machine learning/predictive models.
  • Effectively understand the business' problems and requirements to identify the optimal modeling approach.
  • Develops frameworks/prototypes that integrate data and machine learning/predictive modeling to make business decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in building and optimizing cloud-based machine learning systems, with proficiency in at least one major cloud provider.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks to provision and manage cloud resources
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), observability tools, and cloud security practices.
  • Familiarity with modern data science tools and libraries (e.g., Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Masters Degree (Preferred)
  • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
