About the role

  • Architects and designs their digital products using modern tools, technologies, frameworks, and systems.
  • Owns and manages running their application in production, accountable for the success of their digital products through achieving KPIs.
  • Plans, directs, designs, and executes IT-related activities and programs that are of a complex and critical nature.
  • Selects, leads, counsels, motivates, sets expectations and evaluates medium to large teams.
  • Confers and advises direct reports on administrative policies and procedures, risks, issues, problem resolution, sourcing decisions, budget and priorities.
  • Leads and participates in knowledge sharing.
  • Participates in product scoping, discovery, and framing.
  • Contributes technical input and helps translate user features into system design.
  • Serves as the anchor of the team and practices technical leadership.

Requirements

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred not required)
  • 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Skills in Business Software, Collaboration, Computer Science, Java, Software Development, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Strategic Management.
