About the role
- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify, interpret, and communicate trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to support business strategies
- Design, build, and implement well-governed, structured reporting and dashboard capabilities
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business problems and define the key questions to be answered using data
- Effectively communicate technical analyses, insights, and recommendations to business leaders and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with governance standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Developer, and Python or R
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights to senior leadership.
