About the role
- Design and deliver customized training programs for a strategic partner, focusing on automotive F&I products and sales process
Facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions primarily in person, with virtual and blended formats
Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and implement targeted learning strategies
Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, performance metrics, and feedback
Continuously update and enhance training content incorporating industry trends and adult learning principles
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or related roles, ideally within in-dealership automotive
Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience is required
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver creative, high impact training methodologies
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of delivering training that improves sales performance and operational effectiveness
Willingness to travel extensively (90–100% within the U.S.), with potential limited international travel
