Manage a high-volume litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
Draft and manage discovery, prepare documents, and support attorneys in trial preparation.
Handle case documentation, organization, and deadline tracking.
Coordinate medical records, expert review, and disclosures as needed.
Assist with arbitration and trial preparation, including materials and exhibits.
Partner with attorneys and staff to maintain well-organized, accurate case files.
Serve as a team player and resource for attorneys on complex, high-exposure cases.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree AND at least 1 year of paralegal experience, OR Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved preferred) AND at least 2 years of paralegal experience.
Experience as a litigation paralegal; insurance defense or civil litigation experience preferred.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and case management skills, with attention to deadlines and detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt and take on varied responsibilities.
Must meet the minimum qualifications for paralegals as defined by applicable state law (if required).
