About the role
- Manage and administer physical security systems and equipment across the Allstate enterprise
- Direct security bid specifications, including bid review and cost analysis
- Influence vendor selection and manage vendor expectations
- Utilize system database reporting tools to create and maintain customized security reports
- Understand and comply with information security and auditing requirements
- Lead system-wide quality assurance practices
- Provide 24x7 system incident triage and support
Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a physical security systems integration or security technology/administrator role
- Advanced technical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced knowledge and strong aptitude for physical security systems, applications and equipment/hardware
- Advanced knowledge of networking, database architecture, reporting, personal computers, Windows, MS Office, and internet
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Influencer with ability to multi-task, problem solve and lead cross-functional team initiatives
- Ability to travel is required
