Onboard Practice Fusion Billing Software clients and support the Practice Fusion Services Team
Provide, review, and train clients on the Billing Software system; demonstrate common workflows and key configuration
Gather required documentation and information for the Payer Enrollment team and successful implementation
Support clients post go-live on claims-related questions, denials, and other scenarios needing clarification
Guide clients in Practice Fusion EHR to input required billing settings and provide education on billing workflows
Understand and explain integration and data flow between Practice Fusion EHR and Billing Software
Comply with and enforce policies and procedures; achieve goals set by supervisor
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Required
2+ years experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, practice management software, and clearinghouses
Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle: patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections
Strong customer service skills; following up and answering client calls and emails; prompt return and follow up to all interactions; prompt response to requests for information, both internally and externally
Ability to train clients on Billing Software and Practice Fusion EHR configuration and workflows
Understand integration and data flow between Practice Fusion EHR and Billing Software
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
