Partner with stakeholders across Professional Services and Operations to understand business needs and translate them into actionable system and process requirements.
Lead discovery and documentation of current-state and future-state workflows, especially around project delivery, resource management, time tracking, and implementation processes.
Facilitate user story refinement and backlog grooming to ensure development teams have clear, prioritized requirements.
Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward.
Recommend and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance visibility across the services lifecycle.
Collaborate with technical teams to configure systems (e.g. Salesforce) and troubleshoot issues or enhancement requests.
Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and process optimization across tools and teams.
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in supporting Professional Services or consulting organizations.
Deep understanding of services delivery operations including project portfolio management, resource planning, financial tracking, and client onboarding.
Experience working with Salesforce (custom objects, flows, validation rules) and PPPM tools such as Kantata SX, Mavenlink, FinancialForce PSA, or similar.
Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to bridge gaps between business and technical teams.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping software (e.g. Lucidchart, Visio).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for improving business processes.
