About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining customers' espresso equipment across New Zealand

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally have experience repairing and servicing coffee equipment
Customer-focused mindset
Self-motivation and initiative
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication skills
Good time management and organisation
A full New Zealand driver's licence
An Electrical Appliance Serviceperson (EAS) qualification (preferred but not essential)
