About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conceptualize, present and implement strategic PR programs
- Lead account-specific PR teams
- Manage and inspire junior PR practitioners as direct reports
- Contribute ideas and develop opportunities to help further the PR practice area at Alloy
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate strategies
- Regular client communications and follow through
- Develop PR program strategy aligned with client messaging and industry trends.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in B2B
- Strong understanding of the impact of AI on PR
- Proven experience crafting and executing public relations campaigns with excellent results
- Experience mentoring and leading junior team members
- Existing relationships with national and trade media/publications
- Familiarity with PR and project management software such as Meltwater, Kantata, and Jira.
