About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work within the People & Performance area with cross-functional involvement in talent attraction, training and development, and monitoring the employee journey, supporting helloo's commercial and matrix teams in people management and team development.
  • Be responsible for leading recruitment and selection processes, designing and implementing training and development initiatives, monitoring the employee journey, and ensuring consistent execution of People & Performance practices.
  • Contribute to strengthening company culture, talent development, and continuous improvement of the employee experience, using people metrics and analytics to support leaders in decision-making and in improving organizational performance.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor development and effectiveness metrics for training initiatives, analyzing results, engagement, and their impact on team performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in People & Performance / Human Resources, working across different HR subsystems.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and selection, people development, and monitoring the employee journey.
  • Experience supporting leaders and providing guidance in team management.
  • Experience designing and tracking people-related metrics, with strong analytical skills and the ability to generate insights.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for building analyses and metrics.
  • PowerPoint or other presentation tools to consolidate materials and communicate area initiatives.
