About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and distribute reports with monthly results analysis, monitoring actual vs. budget for business units/shopping centers and departments;
  • Support the preparation of management reports and presentations;
  • Participate in the development of the annual budget (Budget) and periodic projections (Forecast);
  • Support and participate in monitoring the operational result (NOI - Net Operating Income), ensuring adherence to the approved budget and assessing variances;
  • Work with an analytical profile, critical thinking and attention to detail, preparing financial analyses, identifying variances and root causes, and proposing corrective actions when applicable;
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with various areas of the company, working collaboratively with a proactive attitude and results orientation;
  • Contribute to improving internal controls through process reviews and implementation of automations, focusing on operational efficiency and data governance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus;
  • Analytical and proactive profile with strong communication skills.
