About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate documents submitted by operations.
- Ensure adherence to the company's parameters, standards and requirements.
- Operate, update and monitor the corporate platform responsible for adherence tracking.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of information.
- Serve as a point of contact for shopping centers to provide guidance on processes, clarify questions and ensure understanding of directives.
- Support operations in resolving outstanding document issues.
- Continuously monitor the status of document submissions.
- Initiate structured follow-ups with operations in case of delays.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and conformity targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (focus on Excel and PowerPoint).
- Preferred: technical qualification in Architecture.
- Advantage: experience in shopping center operations.
