About the role

  • We are looking for a Mid-level CRM Analyst to work strategically and hands‑on in planning, executing and evolving the company's CRM initiatives. This person will be responsible for programming one-off matrix campaigns and lifecycle automation flows focused on generating value from the ALLOS Shopping Centers Benefits Program.
  • Plan, program and execute matrix campaigns to educate, retain and engage the customer base.
  • Propose hypotheses and run continuous tests to develop best practices and optimize the CRM function across the company.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented actions, tracking both operational and business KPIs, and propose optimizations.
  • Develop reports to track results, translating data into actionable insights to support the shopping centers, our primary stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous experience in CRM.
  • Experience programming campaigns using email, SMS and push notification delivery platforms.
  • Aptitude for interpreting data, performing day-to-day analyses and generating insights.
  • Prior experience with Benefits Programs will be considered a plus.
