About the role
- Centralized handling of internal and external requests
- Logging, tracking and managing tickets in the IARA Atende system
- Screening and routing requests to the responsible departments
- Monitoring deadlines and service levels
- Ensuring correct workflow and up-to-date information in tickets
- Supporting the identification of improvements in service processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel
- Experience in support services will be considered a plus
