About the role
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
- Generate strategic insights from data to support tactical and executive decision-making
- Develop, maintain, and enhance management dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Monitor KPIs, ensuring data quality, consistency, and critical interpretation of results
- Conduct market studies, trend analyses, and benchmarking
- Automate processes and reports to promote operational efficiency
- Prepare structured analyses, executive reports, and presentations for the board of directors
- Serve as the focal point for BI projects, leading requests with IT and partnering departments
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes and data governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and structured thinking
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and interactive dashboards
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to combine multiple data sources and turn information into actionable insights
- Good communication skills to present analyses to diverse audiences
- Advantage: experience with shopping malls and retail
