About the role
- Provide individualized basic and treatment care to residents
- Promote and organize activating daily routines and activities for residents
- Document the nursing/care process
- Ensure quality of care
- Be a responsive point of contact for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered health and nursing care nurse)
- Candidates with or without professional experience are welcome
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented, and with a good sense of humor
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity and comfort working with digital systems
