About the role
- Provide individualized basic and treatment care to residents
- Develop and facilitate daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Document the nursing process (medication administration, care records)
- Ensure quality of care within the team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse or health and nursing nurse) with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Comfortable using basic IT systems
