About the role
- Scheduling, arranging and admitting residents to the facility
- Pre- and post-admission support for residents
- Acquisition of new residents, including close and regular contact with doctors, hospitals, clinics and other external referrers
- Handling conversations with residents and their relatives, including complaint management
- Conducting care-need consultations with prospective residents, relatives and our current residents
- Administrative tasks as part of occupancy management, e.g., preparing care home contracts
- Creating and maintaining care documentation
Requirements
- Completed training as a nursing professional (e.g., Registered Nurse)
- Experience with electronic documentation systems
- Customer-oriented, team-player, confident and solution-focused working style
- High level of social competence (strong interpersonal skills)
