About the role
- Scheduling, appointment coordination and admission of residents to the facility
- Pre- and post-admission support for resident admissions
- Acquisition of new residents through close and regular contact with physicians, hospitals and other external referral partners
- Conducting conversations with residents and their family members — complaint management
- Conducting advisory discussions on care needs with prospective residents, family members and our current residents
- Administrative tasks related to occupancy management, e.g. preparing facility contracts
- Creation and management of care documentation
Requirements
- Completed training as a nursing professional or as a registered nurse
- Experience with IT-based/electronic documentation systems
- Customer-oriented, team-player, confident and solution-focused working style
- High level of interpersonal skills
