About the role
- Individual basic and treatment care for residents
- Active daily programming tailored to residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records)
- Support in ensuring care quality
- Providing a supportive, attentive presence for residents and their families
Requirements
- Completed professional qualification as a certified nurse, geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse
- Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Willingness to work all shifts
- IT affinity / comfortable using IT systems
