About the role
- Provide individual basic and treatment care, including gerontopsychiatric care for residents
- Provide individualized support and activity-focused daily programming tailored to residents' needs
- Document the care process for each resident (medication administration, care records)
- Ensure quality of care in collaboration with the team
- Serve as a compassionate point of contact for residents and their families
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a qualified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse) with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Applicants with and without professional experience welcome
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented, and with a sense of humor
- Willingness to work all shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Basic IT affinity and comfort using digital systems
