About the role
- Individual basic and treatment nursing care as well as gerontopsychiatric care of residents
- Personalized support and activating daily activities based on residents' needs
- Documentation of the nursing process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Ensuring care quality together with the on-site team
- Being a compassionate listener for residents and their families
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse) with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Applicants with or without professional experience are welcome
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Able to work independently, solution-oriented, and with a good sense of humor
- Willingness to work across all shifts (including evenings, nights, weekends)
- Basic IT skills / IT affinity
