About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic nursing care as well as gerontopsychiatric nursing for residents
- Personalized support and activity-based daily programs tailored to residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Contributing to ensuring quality of care within the team
- Being a listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered general nurse)
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Applicants with and without professional experience welcome
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and solution-oriented, with a sense of humor
- Willingness to work all shifts
- Basic IT affinity / comfort using digital systems
