About the role
- Provide individualized basic and treatment nursing care to residents
- Identify residents' individual needs and actively contribute to planning daily routines
- Support new admissions and residents returning from hospital
- Assist in maintaining compliant, audit-ready documentation
- Contribute to maintaining and improving care quality
- Offer a listening ear to residents and their families
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse or registered nurse)
- Open to applicants with or without professional experience
- Team player with empathy in dealings with residents and colleagues
- Able to work independently, solution-oriented, and with a sense of humor
- Experience with digital documentation of nursing processes
- Willingness to work across all shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Good basic IT affinity / comfort with technology
