About the role
- Individual basic and treatment nursing care as well as gerontopsychiatric care for residents
- Personalized support and activation-oriented daily activities tailored to residents’ needs
- Documentation of the nursing process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Ensuring care quality within the team
- A sympathetic ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse) with additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Applicants with or without professional experience are welcome
- Team player with empathy in interactions
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity
