About the role
- Provide individualized basic and treatment nursing care, including gerontopsychiatric care for residents
- Provide individualized support and activating daily activities based on residents' needs
- Document the nursing process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Ensure quality of care in collaboration with the team
- Maintain an open, supportive ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a certified nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing care nurse
- Additional certification or training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in dealings with residents and colleagues
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT proficiency / comfort using digital systems
