About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic care of residents
- Personalized support and activating daily activities for residents
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Contribution to ensuring care quality
- A listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing nurse, plus additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented work approach and a sense of humor
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity
