About the role

  • Scheduling, appointment coordination and admission of residents to the facility
  • Pre- and post-admission support for resident intakes
  • Acquisition of new residents, including through close and regular contact with physicians, clinics and other external referrers
  • Conducting conversations with residents and their relatives – complaint management
  • Conducting consultations on care needs with prospective residents, relatives and our current residents
  • Administrative tasks related to occupancy management, such as drafting residency contracts
  • Creating and maintaining care documentation

Requirements

  • Completed training as a nursing professional (e.g., Registered Nurse)
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, confident and solution-oriented working approach
  • High level of interpersonal skills
