About the role
- Scheduling, appointment coordination and admission of residents to the facility
- Pre- and post-admission support for resident intakes
- Acquisition of new residents, including through close and regular contact with physicians, clinics and other external referrers
- Conducting conversations with residents and their relatives – complaint management
- Conducting consultations on care needs with prospective residents, relatives and our current residents
- Administrative tasks related to occupancy management, such as drafting residency contracts
- Creating and maintaining care documentation
Requirements
- Completed training as a nursing professional (e.g., Registered Nurse)
- Experience with electronic documentation systems
- Customer-focused, team-oriented, confident and solution-oriented working approach
- High level of interpersonal skills
