About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic nursing care for residents
- Provide active daily activities aligned with residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care protocols, etc.)
- Ensure quality of care within the team
- Be a supportive, listening presence for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a certified nurse, geriatric nurse and/or registered health nurse
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in dealings with residents and colleagues
- Willingness to work across all shifts (including evenings, nights and weekends)
- Basic IT skills / comfort with digital documentation systems
