About the role
- Provide individual basic and treatment care as well as gerontopsychiatric care for residents
- Provide individual support and activity-based day programming tailored to residents' needs
- Document the care process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Ensure quality of care within the team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse) with additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in the care of residents and collaboration with colleagues
- Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
- Comfortable with IT / basic IT affinity
