About the role
- Planning and conducting wound rounds
- Wound documentation and creating wound anamnesis
- Optimal wound prevention, prevention or minimization of pain burden
- Supporting the treating physicians with conventional wound care
- Assisting in training nursing staff
- Individual basic and treatment care of residents
- Documentation of the nursing process related to the resident
- Ensuring care quality in collaboration with the team
- Being a sympathetic listener for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nurse with additional wound manager qualification
- Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work in all shifts
- Some IT affinity
