About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic care of residents
- Active day programming based on residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records)
- Collaboration within the team to ensure quality of care
- A listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (registered nurse), geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing professional with additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Empathy when interacting with residents and colleagues
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Independent and solution-oriented work approach
- Affinity for IT / good IT skills
