About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic care as well as gerontopsychiatric nursing for residents
- Individual support and activity-based daily routines tailored to residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Ensuring quality of care
- Providing a supportive ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing care professional, plus additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT proficiency
