About the role
- Provide individualized basic and treatment care for residents
- Tailor gerontopsychiatric care to the needs of the residents
- Document the care process (medication administration, care records)
- Ensure quality of care in collaboration with the team
- Be responsive and available to residents and their families
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse)
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Comfortable using IT systems / basic IT affinity
