About the role
- Planning and conducting wound rounds
- Wound documentation and preparation of wound anamnesis/assessment
- Implementing optimal wound prevention and minimizing pain burden
- Supporting treating physicians with wound care
- Training nursing staff in wound care and infection control
- Providing individualized basic and treatment care for residents
- Documenting the nursing care process
- Ensuring quality of care
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a registered nursing professional (e.g., certified nurse, geriatric nurse, or health and nursing nurse) with additional wound management qualification
- Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Comfortable using IT systems / basic IT skills
