About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic care of residents
- Personalized support and activity-based daily scheduling according to residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process focused on the resident
- Ensuring quality of care within the team
- Serving as a listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing care nurse)
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- IT affinity
