About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic nursing care, including gerontopsychiatric care for residents
- Personalized support and assistance for residents
- Active planning and facilitation of daily activities
- Documentation of the nursing process with a resident-centered focus
- Ensuring high quality of care within the team
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing nurse
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in dealings with residents and colleagues
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity / comfort using digital systems
