About the role
- Individual basic and treatment nursing care, as well as gerontopsychiatric care of residents
- Individualized support and activating daily activities based on residents' needs
- Documentation of the nursing process (medication administration, nursing records, etc.)
- Ensuring quality of care together with the on-site team
- Providing a listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered health and nursing nurse)
- Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and solution-oriented
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity/comfort with IT systems
