About the role

  • Individual basic and treatment nursing care, as well as gerontopsychiatric care of residents
  • Individualized support and activating daily activities based on residents' needs
  • Documentation of the nursing process (medication administration, nursing records, etc.)
  • Ensuring quality of care together with the on-site team

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered health and nursing nurse)
  • Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
  • Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and solution-oriented
  • Willingness to work across all shifts
  • Basic IT affinity/comfort with IT systems
