About the role
- Individual basic and treatment nursing as well as gerontopsychiatric care of residents
- Individual support and activation of daily activities according to residents' needs
- Documentation of the nursing process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Collaboration within the team to ensure care quality
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nursing professional (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse, and/or health and nursing care professional)
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Comfort with IT and digital documentation
- Team player with empathy in dealings with residents and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and solution-oriented
