About the role
- Planning and conducting wound rounds, wound documentation, and creating wound anamnesis
- Optimal wound prophylaxis and prevention or minimization of pain
- Supporting treating physicians with conventional wound care
- Training nursing staff in wound care and infection prevention
- Individual basic and treatment-oriented care of residents
- Documentation of the care process relating to the resident
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing nurse with additional qualification as a Wound Manager
- Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
- Willingness to work in all shifts
- A certain level of IT affinity
