About the role

  • Scheduling, coordinating and admitting residents to the facility
  • Providing pre- and post-admission support for residents
  • Acquiring new residents through outreach to physicians, clinics and external referrers
  • Conducting discussions with residents and relatives – complaint management
  • Conducting consultations on care needs with prospective residents and relatives
  • Administrative tasks related to occupancy management, such as preparing care home contracts and setting up care documentation

Requirements

  • Completed training as a qualified nurse (e.g., health and nursing professional / Registered Nurse)
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation / IT-based care documentation systems
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, self-assured and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong interpersonal skills
