About the role
- Scheduling, coordinating and admitting residents to the facility
- Providing pre- and post-admission support for residents
- Acquiring new residents through outreach to physicians, clinics and external referrers
- Conducting discussions with residents and relatives – complaint management
- Conducting consultations on care needs with prospective residents and relatives
- Administrative tasks related to occupancy management, such as preparing care home contracts and setting up care documentation
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (e.g., health and nursing professional / Registered Nurse)
- Familiarity with electronic documentation / IT-based care documentation systems
- Customer-focused, team-oriented, self-assured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong interpersonal skills
