About the role
- Provide individualized basic and therapeutic nursing care to residents
- Facilitate activating daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Document the nursing/care process
- Contribute within the team to ensuring care quality
- Serve as a compassionate point of contact for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a qualified nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or health and nursing care nurse)
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry (geriatric psychiatry)
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and solution‑oriented
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity / IT literacy
