About the role
- Individualized basic and therapeutic care of residents
- Personalized support and activating daily program
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records)
- Contribution to ensuring the quality of care
- A compassionate, listening presence for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a qualified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse) with an additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy when interacting with residents and colleagues
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity / comfort with IT systems
