About the role
- Individual basic and therapeutic care as well as gerontopsychiatric nursing for residents
- Individual support and activating daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Documentation of the nursing process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Contribute to ensuring quality of care together with the on-site team
- Always available to listen to residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional, geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Applicants with or without professional experience are welcome
- Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and a good sense of humor
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Some IT affinity
